For those going to the Career Days fair, here is a tip from Mandeep: "I would like to share one very important point that I came across during my process. Please try to shortlist your companies before going there and also, apply to various posts in those companies. Mention the Job ID to them when you meet the representatives from different companies. This really impresses them and it reflects your interest for the company more than other candidates. Also, this makes you start already one step ahead of other candidates and gives you a better chance of getting an interview call."
